Express Yourself Through Movement
Begins March 27th – June 12th (12 week session)
Do you experience overwhelming feelings of anger, fear, and loneliness? Have you been disconnected with friends and family? Are you experiencing low grades and motivation?
By using a combination of yoga, meditation, and movement this group will help you:- Feel comfortable in your own skin
- Build self confidence
- Get in touch with your own uniqueness
- Find a safe place for you to express yourself without being judged
AGES: 13-16 LIMIT: 5 participants COST: $660 for 12 week sessions DAY: Wednesday TIME: 4:30-5:35 p.m.
Every week, participants will be guided on an experiential journey that will involve various forms of movement, music, and tuning in to the self. These weekly meetings can serve as a place of support and connection, and will also provide the tools to continue these efforts anywhere you are. Please arrive early and wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats will be provided or bring your own. Group will be led by Danielle Benoit, a Licensed Counselor with a background in Dance/Movement Therapy.
